How do I submit a debt?
On the Home Page click on
New Client Registration
and a new registration form
will appear. As a first time user it is necessary to register with debtcollectsa.co.za
as your registration is unique to you. Only you and our admin staff will have access
to this information. You will be asked to choose a user name and a password.
It is best to choose a 5
digit password for security purposes. After you have completed the form press 'Register'' and you are now fully registered with DebtCollectSA. A welcome note with a request to submit your debt
will appear, click on there and Send a New Debt form
will appear. Please complete this and click on submit debt . Thereafter
you will receive A thank you note with 2 options. One to view all the debts
you have submitted and the other to submit another debt . If you
wish to view the debt/s you have submitted click on view my debts
and you will get to a screen that will show you what you have submitted and the
status of the debt. This forms an archive for your own use and allows you control
over all debts sumbitted . You will also be able to submit addtional or new debts
for your debtors that you have already given Debt Collect the information for by
just clicking on Send new debt for same debtor. You are also able
to view and print the information should
you wish to hardcopy.
After you have submitted your debt for collection you may repeat this process as
many times as you have new debts. Debt Collect SA admin will automatically receive
the debt and act on it on your behalf. Please note that by submitting the debt you
agree to be bound by our terms and conditions .
You will notice that under ACCOUNTS there are various options which are self explanatory
that you can just access from that point by just clicking on the subject you would
like to view.
Besides the excellent services of Debt Collect SA you have your total control and
will be able to monitor all the debts you have submitted on this site easily and
convientantly

Already registered
In the future all you will
be asked to do is enter your username and password.
Your screen will default immediately to "My Debt" where it t will
show you all the debts you have submitted to us. From there you can submit new
debts to us or addtional debts for the same debtor. Upon completion of this form you will be asked to 'Submit ' After you have submitted your debt for
collection you may repeat this process as many times as you have unique debts.Go
to top of page.
Is my information secure?
Yes we have used the highest form of encryption available and all debts submitted
to us can only be viewed by yourself or our administrative staff. We hold your information
in the strictest confidence.
What if I lose my password?
If you lose your password. All you have to do is enter your registration email address
in the input box provided for lost password and your information will automatically
be sent to your email address. Please note that for security purposes the password
and login information can only be sent to the email address that was used to register
What is your collection success rate?
Because of our unique approach to debt collection, our success rate is over 80%.
Furthermore we offer a no risk attempt to our clients as we only get paid if you
do.
What is 'View Status of My Debts'?
We have created an Archive for your own record keeping. After a debt has been submitted
it is autmatically placed in an archive for your use and monitoring. You have the option of marking that debt as collected,. Go to top of page.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your new online submission system.
We realize that it could appear intimidating but once you have tested one or two
debts on the system you will realize how simple it is to use. Please just use Test
within the Debtor Name and Test within the Contact Name. As part of this experiment
if you would like to see the genius of this system please add in the comments field
of a debt you have submitted 'Please treat as a real debt'
